简介：
细胞毒性是由细胞或者化学物质引起的单纯的细胞杀伤事件，不依赖于凋亡或坏死的细胞死亡机理。当细胞受到损伤，细胞膜发生破裂，原本只存在于细胞内的多种物质（例如腺苷酸激酶GAPDH、乳酸脱氢酶LDH等）将被释放到细胞外。将这些酶的酶促反应与荧光素酶的发光相偶联，即可通过检测发光来测定细胞毒性。
